A Research on the Refuse Collection and the Actual condition of Cleaners In the boundary of Taegu city

Abstract

|
Rapid industrial development progress has caused the pollution of human environments seriously day by day. It is our larger desire to have healthy social environments to erase the harmful contamiation as well as possible. The inhabitants in the big cities are forced to fell its seriousness. So is the city of Taegu. The enlargement of cities has much administrative difficulty to solve the problems of controlling the refuse. The recommendation to have this report is to have better improvement of the way how to collect, dispose and reuse the refuse more hygienically and effectively for cleaning administration, and the better way through the real state of cleaners. The better improvement of it is as follows : 1. The cleaners and vehicles must be increased to meet the better caverage. In particular the share of vehicles and cleaners should be expected according to the dense-populated places. 2. Hygienical equipments have to be given to the cleaner and the good wage system, the medical care insurance system, and good welfare facilities must be served to them. 3. City authorities must attribute the benefits of wages to the cleaners about unofficial refuse of gathering. 4. City authorities should pormote the public health education and publicity. The component parts of refuse should be divided. 5. The way to disposal of refuse that : 1) open dump 2) casting on livers or coast 3) sanitary land fills 4) incineration 5) composting 6) grinding 7) feeding 8) reduction 9) compression 10) reproduction and practical use 6. A small incineartor must be established where there is much refuse. 7. The solutions depend on the fact that the city or government authorities have much interest in the strong administrative measurment of refuse. Authorities have to set up the special research consultation about disposal system and should make comprehensive plan. So a government authorities as well as city rigional authorities have to pay attention to the disposal planning and invest a lot of money about that.
